Compliance with Condition 1 from application 24/00191/LBC - Prior to works commencing on site, a method statement detailing how the proposed down taking and demolition will be carried out shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority. Upon approval, all matters detailed in the Method Statement shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
