Description

Compliance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 24/00456/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, the developer shall secure the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a detailed written scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the developer and approved in writing by this Planning Authority. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, the Blue Stane present on site shall be protected and remain in situ during development unless otherwise agreed in writing with this Planning Authority prior to any necessary alterations / temporary relocation occuring. A Heritage method statement shall also be submitted that includes details of the existence and significance of the Blue Stane.
