Compliance with condition 21 of approved 24/00402/FULL - BEFORE ANY BUILDING WORKS START ON SITE, a survey of existing cobble stones within the pends shall be carried out and submitted to the Planning Authority for written approval. The survey shall identify the potential for existing cobble stones to be retained and re-used within the development site. Thereafter, a site plan drawing detailing the location of retained and re-used cobble stones shall be submitted for the written approval of the Planning Authority, with works carried out in accordance with this agreed plan
