Compliance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 23/03526/FULL -Prior to any works starting on site, evidence shall be provided to Fife Council as Planning Authority that visibility splays of 3m x 90m can be provided to the East and to the West at the proposed new access junction of the vehicular crossing and the public road and that the visibility splays can be maintained in perpetuity, clear of all obstructions exceeding 600mm above the adjoining carriageway level, in accordance with the current Appendix G (Transportation Development Guidelines) of Making Fife's Places. The visibility splays shall thereafter be provided prior to occupation of the refurbished warehouse (Building 1 as identified here) and shall remain in perpetuity-
