Compliance with Condition 4 of Planning Permission 23/03300/ARC - Prior to opening of the office building, 79 off-street car parking and 20 cycle parking spaces shall be provided and available for use in accordance with the current Fife Council Parking Standards contained within Making Fife's Places SG and the current Fife Council Transportation Development Guidelines (Appendix G). A minimum of 10% of the car parking spaces shall be provided as EV charging points, with 50% of all spaces to be future-proofed for conversion to EV charging points, unless otherwise agreed with Fife Council as Planning Authority.
