Compliance with Condition 8 of Planning Permission 23/02815/FULL - PRIOR TO WORKS BEGINNING ON SITE Details of the proposed SUDS and drainage infrastructure proposed shall be submitted to the Planning Authority and approved in consultation with Structural Services. The approved SUDS and drainage infrastructure is to be installed contemporaneously with the build out of the development hereby approved and shall be fully operational prior to operation of the unit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Thereafter the SUDS and drainage infrastructure shall be retained and maintained for the lifetime of the development.
