Compliance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 23/02289/FULL - Notwithstanding the details shown in the approved drawings, the stretch of balustrade shown in the drawing of the proposed south elevation shall be of such increased height and altered design sufficient to avoid harmful overlooking of nearby houses to the south of the application site by those using the extended patio area, in accordance with details which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT HEREBY APPROVED.
