Description

Compliance with condition 2 of approved 23/02186/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, a scheme of replacement planting, indicating the siting, numbers, species and heights (at time of planting) of all trees to be planted as replacement planting for the removal of trees required to construct the access road hereby approved, shall be submitted for approval in writing by this Planning Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, replacement planting ratios shall be at least 3:1 for B category trees lost, and at least 2:1 for category C and U trees lost. The scheme as approved shall be implemented within the first planting season following the completion or commissioning of the development, whichever is sooner
