Compliance with Condition 4 of Planning Permission 23/01208/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS RE-COMMENCE ON SITE, an extended habitat survey to include an assessment of both the habitats present and any potential for use of these by protected species shall be submitted and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority. Thereafter works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved survey and species protection plan, where applicable.
