Description

Erection of footbridge and formation of footpath network including installation of lighting columns with associated drainage and landscape works (including groundworks) - Compliance with condition 11 of approval 23/01107FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, the tree protection measures identified within approved Arboricultural Impact Assessment (Planning Authority ref. 14B) and the Tree Protection Plan (Planning Authority ref. 15B and 16B) shall be carried out in full. This Planning Authority shall be formally notified in writing of the completion of such measures and no work on site shall commence until the Planning Authority has confirmed in writing that the measures as implemented are acceptable. The protective measures shall be retained in a sound and upright condition throughout the construction process and no building materials, soil or machinery shall be stored in or adjacent to the protected area, including the operation of machinery
