Compliance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 23/03381/FULL - BEFORE THE PREMISES BECOMES OPERATIONAL, details of the installation and/or erection of any extract ventilation system, including details of the methods of treatments of emissions and filters to remove odours, control noise emissions and servicing regime shall be submitted by the operator for the prior written approval of this Planning Authority. Thereafter, the approved system must be operated at all times when the restaurant is in use and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions unless otherwise agreed in writing with this Planning Authority.
