Compliance with condition 16 of approved 22/02270/FULL - The construction of the development shall be carried out fully in accordance with the recommendations contained within the submitted Arboricultural Impact Assessment Report (Plan Reference 71) and as per the tree protection plan contained within this document. This Planning Authority shall be formally notified in writing of the completion of the required tree protection measures and NO WORKS SHALL COMMENCE ON SITE until this Planning Authority has confirmed in writing that the measures as implemented are acceptable. The protective measures shall be retained in a sound and upright condition throughout the development operations and no building materials, soil or machinery shall be stored in or adjacent to the protected area, including the operation of machinery.
