Description

Compliance with Condition 14 of Planning Permission 22/02117/EIA - BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE; an updated Ecological Appraisal report which shall include a phase 1 habitat survey and a protected species survey shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority. This report shall include detailed proposals for incorporating biodiversity enhancement measures within the development, as per the guidance contained within NatureScot's Developing with Nature Guidance. All works shall then be carried out in full accordance with any subsequent approved details and all approved biodiversity enhancement measures shall be provided BEFORE ANY PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT IS BROUGHT INTO USE; unless otherwise agreed in writing with Fife Council as Planning Authority.
