Description

Compliance with Condition 13 of Planning Permission 22/02117/EIA - BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE; a scheme of intrusive site investigation works to identify any coal mining legacy issues shall be undertaken. The results of these investigations along with details of any required remedial works and/or mitigation measures to address land instability shall be submitted in a report for the prior written approval by Fife Council as Planning Authority in consultation with The Coal Authority. Thereafter any identified and agreed remedial works and/or mitigation measures shall be undertaken in full BEFORE ANY DEVELOPMENT WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE. The intrusive site investigations and remedial works shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant authoritative UK guidance.
