Description

Compliance with condition 5 of Planning Permission 22/02117/EIA - BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE; a Construction Method Statement and Management Plan, including an Environmental Protection Plan and a Scheme of Works to mitigate the effects on sensitive premises/areas from dust, noise and vibration relating to construction activities on site, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority.
