ECU00003469 - Consultation under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for installation of 500MW battery energy storage facility and associated infrastructure SITE: Devilla Forest, Kincardine - Compliance with condition 16(1) of 22/01420/CON - No development shall commence unless and until a scheme for offsite woodland planting has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority in consultation with Scottish Forestry. Where possible, the scheme for offsite planting shall take place within Fife or within 20 miles of the site. The approved scheme shall be implemented in full and maintained for the lifetime of the development, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority in consultation with Scottish Forestry
