ECU00003469 - Consultation under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for installation of 500MW battery energy storage facility and associated infrastructure SITE: Devilla Forest, Kincardine - Compliance with condition 10 of 22/01420/CON - No development shall commence unless and until the terms of appointment of an independent Clerk of Works by the Company have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The terms of appointment shall: (a) impose a duty monitor compliance with the EIA Report and Schedule of Mitigation (b) require the COW to report to the Planning Authority and the nominated construction project manager any incidences of non-compliance with the EIA report and Schedule of Mitigation at the earliest practical opportunity; and (c) require the COW to provide a final report to the Planning Auhority before they can be discharged from their duty.
