ECU00003469 - Consultation under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for installation of 500MW battery energy storage facility and associated infrastructure SITE: Devilla Forest, Kincardine - Compliance with condition 7 of 22/01420/CON - (1) Prior to the Date of Grid Connection, a Decommissioning, Restoration and Aftercare Strategy shall be submitted to the Planning Authority. The Strategy shall include measures for the decommissioning of the Development, restoration and aftercare of the Site and will include, without limitation, proposals for(a) the removal of the above ground elements of the Development;(b) confirmation of the status the removal or retention or other of the subterranean elements of the Development (retention, removal, or other such proposal);(c) the treatment of ground surfaces;(d) the management and timing of the works; and,(e) environmental management provisions.
