Description

Compliance with Condition 7 of Planning Permission 22/00076/FULL - Evidence should be provided to demonstrate that the National Air Quality Strategy objectives would not be exceeded during demolition, construction or normal site use following completion. The methodology shall be agreed with the Council as local planning authority and it shall include an appropriate air quality impact assessment for the proposed development. Where the assessment predicts that objectives will be exceeded, the applicant shall provide a scheme for mitigating the impacts for submission to and approval by the Council and thereafter implement it in accordance with said details before any work commences on site.
