Compliance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 21/03779/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORK STARTS ON SITE, a Scheme of Supervision for the arboricultural protection measures shall be submitted for the approval in writing with Fife Council as Planning Authority and the agreed scheme shall be carried out in full.
