Description

Compliance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 21/02819/EIA - No developments shall take place until a Clerk of Works is employed to ensure that the commitments and mitigation measures specified within Chapter 10 of the EIA Report are adhered to. No works shall commence until a remit for this Clerk of Works shall be submitted and approved in writing to the planning authority. The remit shall also confirm when the Clerk of Works can be discharged from their duty with a final report to be submitted and approved in writing by the planning Authority at this time.
