Compliance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 21/02661/FULL-That BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, a Traffic Management Plan relating to the construction phase of the development shall be submitted for the prior written approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority. The Traffic Management Plan shall include details of construction timescales, the location of any site compound, parking for labour and construction traffic and details of any impacts on the road network in terms of road closures etc.to ensure that the impact of the construction phase of the development creates minimal disruption to the normal operation of the surrounding road network. The Traffic Management Plan shall include the type and size of construction vehicles to be used and shall detail the intended route they will take to and from the site. The development shall proceed in accordance with the terms of the approved Traffic Management Plan. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Traffic Management Plan shall direct the construction traffic related to this development to use the A911/Murray Place/concrete quarry access road/ K1 Falkland Hill Road and avoid use of the K1 Falkland Hill Road between the A911 and concrete quarry access road.
