Compliance with condition 1 of approved 21/01782/FULL - FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, and notwithstanding what is shown on approved drawing 2A, the roof tiles to the existing dwellinghouse and its connection to the proposed extension on the front elevation shall be detailed in matching roof tiles AND full details of the roofing tile, including its colour, shall be submitted for PRIOR approval in writing with this Planning Authority BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE. Thereafter the agreed details and finishes shall be applied as approved unless otherwise agreed in writing with this Planning Authority.
