Compliance with condition 2 of approved 21/00123/FULL - PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS, completed flood risk assessment compliance and independent check certificates (Appendix 3 and 4 of the Council's Design Criteria Guidance on Flooding and Surface Water Management Plan Requirements (2021)), signed by a qualified engineer of a relevant professional body, shall be submitted for the prior written approval of the Planning Authority.
