Description

Compliance with Condition 9 of Planning Permission 21/00091/ARC - Prior to the first occupation of Plots 1- 2, Plots 64-72 and Plots 211-214 inclusive (as identified on Drawing the Site Layout 16004(PL)001 Rev AV (Planning Authority ref. 03D), the mitigation measures as described in the approved Noise Impact Assessment by Ethos Environment (Planning Authority ref. 46B) to reduce the noise levels within the respective dwellings shall be carried out in full. Prior to the first occupation of any of the dwellings, confirmation that the mitigation measures have been carried out shall be submitted for the written approval of the Planning Authority.
