Compliance with condition 2 of approved 20/02732/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE a Scheme of Works designed to mitigate the effects on sensitive premises/areas (i.e. neighbouring properties and road) of dust, noise and vibration from the construction phase of the proposed development shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for prior approval in writing.
