Compliance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 20/02272/FULL - Before any works start on site, a scheme of landscaping indicating the siting, numbers, species and heights (at time of planting) of all hedges to be planted, shall be submitted for approval in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority. To maximise biodiversity, native species of native origin should be specified for landscaping. For this rural location appropriate new boundaries would be species-rich native hedgerows and trees. The scheme as approved shall be implemented within 3 months of the first planting season following the completion of the development. All planting carried out on site shall be maintained by the developer in accordance with good horticultural practice for a period of 5 years from the date of planting. Within that period any plants which are dead, damaged, missing, diseased or fail to establish shall be replaced annually.
