Compliance with condition 6 of approved 18/02137/FULL - Prior to works commencing, a landscaping scheme shall be agreed in writing with the Council as Planning Authority. This shall detail the retention and protection of existing hedgerows during and after construction works. The landscaping scheme shall also provide details of biodiversity enhancement which include native species-rich hedgerows, native tree planting and wildflower grassland. Thereafter this shall be implemented within the first planting season following the completion or occupation of the entire development, whichever is sooner. All planting carried out on site shall be maintained by the developer in accordance with good horticultural practice for a period of 5 years from the date of planting. Within that period any plants which are dead, damaged, missing, diseased or fail to establish shall be replaced annually.
