FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, this shall include the lime render, timber framed sash and case windows and doors, the proposed natural slate roof and handrails which are all to match those of the existing Category A listed building. Thereafter, the approved details shall be implemented in full and retained/ maintained for the lifetime of the development.
