Description

Compliance with conditon 6 of approved 23/00759/FULL - BEFORE ANY PLANTING WORK STARTS ON SITE, a detailed planting plan scheme and management plan for the site; and details of the exterior of the columbarium, shall be submitted for approval in writing by this Planning Authority. The plan will include details of the location of the areas to be planted, the nature, design and specifications of the proposed species to be planted, and timescale for doing so. It will also set out proposals for maintenance including: annual checks; replacement planting; fencing; ground preparation; and any drainage. The planting scheme as approved shall be implemented within the first planting season following the development hereby approved coming into use
