Compliance with Condition 6 of Planning Permission 22/02880/FULL -That PRIOR TO ANY WORK COMMENCING ON THIS SITE/PHASE, a Surface Water Drainage scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Fife Council as planning authority. The scheme shall follow the principles set out in the submitted Drainage Impact Assessment dated September 2016 and shall provide that surface water from the phase shall be dealt with using Sustainable Urban Drainage Systemtechniques as advocated in The SuDS Manual (CIRIA C753, 2015). It shall include full details of the methods to be employed, including where appropriate calculations, along with details of how these measures will be maintained.
