Description

Compliance with Condition 7 of Planning Permission 22/02635/FULL - PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, final details of the biodiversity enhancement measures for the site as set out within the Updated Ecological Appraisal by Brindley Associates (June 2022) shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council as planning authority. For the avoidance of doubt, the enhancement measures shall include some of the enhancement measures relating to bats. The landscaping plans shall be updated and resubmitted for written approval of Fife Council as planning authority if any of the biodiversity enhancement measures includes additional planting. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the details approved through this condition.
