Compliance with Condition 5 of Planning Permission 22/02635/FULL - That PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, an intrusive site investigation shall be undertaken to determine the location and condition of the mine entries associated with the site. A report of the site investigation shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council as planning authority in consultation with the Coal Authority. In the event that the site investigations confirm the need for remedial works to treat the mine entries to ensure the safety and stability of the area then details of the proposed remediation shall be provided within this report for written approval. The report shall also confirm the remedial works to treat the areas of shallow mine working within the site. The remediation measures shall be carried out prior to development starting on site and shall be carried out in accordance with the details agreed through this condition.
