Compliance with condition 2 of approval 22/02635/FULL - That FOLLOWING THE COAL MINING REMEDIATION WORK REQUIRED BY CONDITION 5 BUT PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, an updated Intrusive Investigation (Phase II Investigation Report) shall be submitted by the developer for the written approval of Fife Council as planning authority. Where remedial action is recommended in the Phase II Intrusive Investigation Report, no development shall commence until a suitable Remedial Action Statement has been submitted by the developer to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The Remedial Action Statement shall include a timetable for the implementation and completion of the approved remedial measures.All land contamination reports shall be prepared in accordance with CLR11, PAN 33 and the Council's Advice for Developing Brownfield Sites in Fife documents or any subsequent revision of those documents.
