Compliance with Condition 9 of Planning Permission 22/02270/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE; an updated Ecological Appraisal report which shall include a phase 1 habitat survey and a protected species survey, and which considers any subsequent detailed layout and sets out any required mitigation and biodiversity enhancement measures shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority. This report shall also include details relating to the provision of bird and bat roost boxes or bricks throughout the site.
