Description

Compliance with Condition 1 of Planning Permission 22/02118/FULL - All works done on or adjacent to existing public roads shall be constructed in accordance with the current Fife Council Transportation Development Guidelines. These works shall include the provision of a raised transition area with 25mm kerb upstand across the northern extents of the Fleming Way public road boundary. Prior to any works commencing on site, detailed plans showing the transition area shall be submitted for approval by Fife Council as Planning Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, once the relevant plan has been approved, these works shall be completed prior to the occupation of the dwelling.
