Description

Compliance with Condition 4 of Planning Permission 22/01557/EIA- That PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS, a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) shall be submitted for the prior written approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority. The CTMP shall include the mitigation as specified within the Environmental Statement and also mitigation such as deliveries avoiding peak hours, maximising loads to minimise trips, preventing vehicles waiting on streets until the site opens, restricted reversing alarms, how the agreed construction transport routes will be policed, and provide supplementary information on good practice (such as communication with residents groups)
