Description

Compliance with condition 4 of approved 22/01125/FULL - PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS, the developer shall secure the implementation of an Arboricultural Clerk of Works (ArbCoW) be appointed, the name and contact details for whom shall be submitted in writing to the Planning Authority before development commences. Thereafter, the appointed ArbCoW shall be retained by the developer for the duration of the construction works unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
