Compliance with condition 13 of approved 22/00950/FULL - Before any development commences on site, details of all proposed construction traffic movements must be included in a Construction Traffic management Plan which shall be submitted to the Fife Council as Planning Authority for approval in writing, in conjunction with Network Rail. The construction management plan shall state that all construction traffic will not utilise the Hospital Mill Level Crossing. All construction activities shall be carried out in accordance with the approved construction management Plan.
