Compliance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 21/03948/FULL - Prior to any works starting on the development site, visibility splays of 3m x 180m to the north east and 3m x 140m to the south shall be provided at the junction of the vehicular crossing and the public road and thereafter shall be maintained as such in perpetuity, clear of all obstructions exceeding 1.05 metres above the adjoining carriageway level, in accordance with the current Appendix G (Transportation Development Guidelines) of Making Fife's Places.
