Compliance with condition no.12 of approved 21/02819/EIA - No development shall take place until details of all proposed external site illumination have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority. These details shall specify the extent of ground cover to be illuminated as well as the extent of any overspill lighting. The specification for each lighting source (i.e. its design) and the brightness of each lighting source shall also be specified in candelas. Notwithstanding the above, unless otherwise agreed in writing with planning authority, all lighting shall be directed downwards. Thereafter all lighting shall be implemented to these agreed details and retained and maintained to this specification for the lifetime of the development.
