Compliance with Condition 9 (Site Decommissioning, Restoration and Aftercare Strategy) of 21/01720/CON - (1) No development shall commence unless and until an outline decommissioning, restoration and aftercare strategy has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Planning Authorities in consultation with NatureScot.(2) The strategy shall outline measures for the decommissioning of the Development and restoration and aftercare of the site and shall include proposals for the removal of the Development, the treatment of ground surfaces, the management and timing of the works and environmental management provisions.
