Description

Compliance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 21/01284/FULL - BEFORE ANY DEVELOPMENT STARTS ON SITE, an Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS) shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council as planning authority. This shall provide the following:- A scheme of tree protection measures to protect the trees surrounding the site during construction;- A no dig solution specification, methodology and locations for use; shall be submitted and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority;- Special precaution measures.The development shall be implemented in accordance with the details approved through this condition.
