Description

Compliance with condition no. 7 of approved 20/01634/FULL - PRIOR TO ANY DEVELOPMENT COMMENCING, a scheme of landscaping indicating the siting, numbers, species and heights (at time of planting) of all trees and hedges to be planted shall be submitted for approval in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority. The landscaping shall be designed to mitigate the visual impact of acoustic fence and rear garden fences when viewed from the A92. The scheme as approved shall be implemented within 3 months of the first planting season following the occupation of the first dwellinghouse unless otherwise agreed in writing with Fife Council as Planning Authority. All planting carried out on site shall be maintained by the developer in accordance with good horticultural practice for a period of 5 years from the date of planting. Within that period any plants which are dead, damaged, missing, diseased or fail to establish shall be replaced annually.
