Description

Compliance with Condition 31 of Planning Permission 19/03702/EIA - WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE PLANNING PERMISSION HEREBY GRANTED, the applicant shall provide a comprehensive analysis of Private Water Supplies in the vicinity of the quarry for the written approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority in conjunction with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. This analysis should include details of a mitigation strategy to avoid contamination of such supplies and details of how alternative water supplies will be provided by the operator in the event that this is required.
