Compliance with Condition 16 of Planning Permission 19/03702/EIA - WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE PLANNING PERMISSION HEREBY GRANTED, details of wheel cleaning facilities to be provided at the site shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority in consultation with Fife Council Transportation Service. Thereafter the approved facilities shall be in operation BEFORE the works commence on the extension of the quarry and shall be maintained for the duration of operations, so that no mud, debris or other deleterious material is carried by vehicles on to the public roads.
