Compliance with Condition 2 of Planning Permission 19/03207/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE; full details relating to the retention and making good of the Category C Listed Doocot shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority. A timescale for the completion of these works, which shall relate to the occupation and phasing of the hereby approved residential development, shall also be submitted to Fife Council as Planning Authority and approved in writing BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE. These works may also require the benefit of listed building consent and full planning permission, and Fife Council as Planning Authority will advise the developer if this is necessary.
