Description

Compliance with Condition 4 of Planning Permission 17/02837/FULL -That prior to the occupation of the first unit hereby granted planning permission, the landscaping and public art strategy hereby approved shall be implemented in full unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council as Planning Authority. Notwithstanding the otherwise approved details relating landscaping, the hedgerow shown along the eastern boundary of the site shall not be cut back to a height any lower than 2 metres unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council as Planning Authority. Furthermore, prior to the erection of the first building, details of the level of funding to be invested and the arrangements for the delivery, maintenance and siting of any public art features as part of the landscaping and public art strategy shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council, as Planning Authority and thereafter the approved public art and landscaping scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the strategy and maintained for the lifetime of the development.
