Description

Compliance with condition no.3 of approval 17/02513/FULL - Prior to the commencement of any works on the site, the applicant shall submit, for approval in writing by this Planning Authority, a Scheme of Works designed to mitigate the effects on sensitive premises/areas (i.e. neighbouring properties and roads) of dust, noise and vibration from the proposed development. The Scheme of Works shall be in compliance with British Standard BS 5228: Part 1:2009 "Noise and Vibration Control on Construction and open Sites" and BRE Publication BR456 - February 2003 "Control of Dust from Construction and Demolition Activities".
