Description

Compliance with Condition 11 of Planning Permission 16/03661/EIA - Prior to any work commencing on each phase of the development, as set out in the approved Phasing Plan, the details of any acoustic fencing as may be required pursuant to condition 18 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by this Planning Authority. The acoustic fencing shall thereafter be implemented and maintained to the satisfaction of this Planning Authority. For the avoidance of doubt any acoustic fencing along the north western and western boundaries of the site shall have suitable natural vegetation screening on the outer non-site facing perimeter of the said fencing.
